I had the best experience at this hotel compared to any other hotels I've been at. All the staff members were very courteous and accommodating. And we absolutely love the full blown breakfast buffet every morning. When we do come to this town again, we will definitely stay at Staybridge Suite. Sincerely Jim D.

Great stay with family at Staybridge
We had book a bounce suite but it wasn’t ready when we came. The manager upgraded up graded us and it worked out great for our wedding celebration of a family wedding!

Very great stay! The bed was so soft and cozy, the kitchen in the room was awesome, the front desk workers were all so nice. Would 10/10 stay again!!

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was phenomenal. Miss Dee was so sweet, really attentive to our needs. A real delight to interact with someone who loves her job and the company she represents. As an HR Vice President, I am always watching the behavior of employees and Miss Dee was outstanding and deserves recognition.

You won’t regret your stay!
This hotel is excellent! It made our thanksgiving holiday so much better! It’s very clean, well appointed, and has the best mattress and pillows I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We will be booking with Staybridge during any future trips.

We'll be visiting again!
Our stay was amazing, and it started with Destiny greeting us when we arrived to check in and at checked out, she thanked us for our stay!. She was professional, attentive and pleasant. She not only explained the benefits being offered to guests staying at the hotel, she answered all of our questions. Our suite smelled fresh, it was also clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and it was fully stocked with a variety of items including hot and cold items, etc....

they don’t enforce the mask rule. Drunk people basically unmasked hanging out in lobby and hallways. when asked to enforce desk and manager became defensive and provided no actual assistance to me. Manager was at best hostile. made this public health scientist feel like a problem. Nice property terrible management.

Booked room for birthday celebration, for 4 19 year olds. Room was cleared before checking out, only garbage left. Was charged $250 because housekeeping said there was marijuana smell with picture evidence. No one smoked in the room. I'm waiting to see so called picture evidence.

Just right!
The perfect accommodations for me, and I admit I’m pretty high maintenance. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast buffet and even though the pool was closed I could still use the workout room.

The stay at the hotel was ok. The hotel was clean and comfortable. My complaint is that we booked the two bedroom suite for Thursday and Friday several weeks before hand for me a my bridesmaids to get dressed. Two days before my scheduled stay, my room was canceled by Staybridge Suites no one at the hotel could tell us why my reservation was canceled. The only alternative that Staybridge was able to supply was two standard rooms with the king sized bed. The second complaints is that the elevator was out of order the entire stay. We were on the third floor and had the lug our suitcases and dresses up to the third floor.

COVID aside, breakfast was disappointing. No coffee, (except in the room). No creamers, no hot water for tea, warm yogurts, and day old muffins in cellophane. As a regular traveler and frequently visitor to Staybridge am very disappointed in this facility.

I’ve stayed at so many hotels and this one has to be one of my favorites! It feels exactly like home!! The kitchen is such a nice addition, the kitchen had pots pans dining ware glasses utensils etc! between the stay bridge and wood springs STAY BRIDGE IS 1,000x BETTER! I highly recommend!!! Even the staff is friendlier and more helpful then those at the wood springs in Merrillville!

5-star experience!
This hotel is amazing if you need to stay in the area. Extremely clean, new, great breakfast and great service. This exceeds hotels in the same category like Country Inn and Suites, Courtyard/Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, etc. by far. It has a better breakfast, nicer amenities, better service. We even enjoyed the pool this time! I highly recommend!
