"Room was super clean and staff was very friendly. Stay came with a great breakfast buffet. Our only complaint is that the room was very warm when we got there around 10:00pm. By 1:00 the room has gotten so hot that we had to contact the front desk. We couldn’t get through using the room phone and had to call official hotel number. After associate reset the AC it got better but our sleep was interrupted and not restful since it took a while to cool down. Had AC been working, I would have rated 5 stars."

"Stellar. I had no idea german hospitality could be this 5 star. Would recommend to anyone visiting munich, because even though its far from the main tourist attractions, it was absolutely stellar living. Better than the maritim munchen in downtown, which is absolutely 3 star nonsense at best."

"The room is small and lacks furniture, typical of a newly opened hotel. It doesn’t meet our expectations given the price we paid; it’s not a 3-star hotel at all. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing we appreciate is the bus station nearby, which is a public bus station, not a hotel shuttle. It’s about ten-minute drive from the airport."

"The first room we were sent to was smelling and they moved us to a different room which their safety deposit box wasn't operating. We called the front desk and told them about the problem. After about half an hour a person came to our room and tried to fix it , and told us that he doesn't know what is the problem with the safe. The following day two people came in our room and the safe wasn't finally fixed. We had a dinner invitation in Munich Central the first night , but we didn't want to leave our room with our valuables in the room or leave the room and carry our valuables with us . Unfortunately we missed our meeting and dinner invitation at the first night of our stay."
