Excellent breakfast, and staff. Air conditioning was kind of hot.

Property was clean, small breakfast (included) area but there was always a seat. You could also go to their larger hotel Nextdoor if you like but was not necessary. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Located within 20-30 minutes walking from all major monuments except Vatican City (50 min walking, 25 by train).

There were little signs in the room that said to use the space under the beds for luggage (because the rooms are fairly small). However, there was a lot of dust under the beds.
