"I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. "The hotel is simple, very clean and comfortable. The room was small but perfect for my one night stay. It's situated on the main road through town but was peaceful. I chose to have breakfast which was fresh, with a baguette, croissant, ham, cheese, yoghurt and coffee. The owner and team are friendly and helpful. I also ate in the restaurant, the food was excellent!"

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "
