"Eigentlich wäre das Appartment wunderbar gewesen und es liegt abgeschieden und hat deshalb auch keinen Verkehrslärm. Leider haben die Gäste im 1. Stock fürchterlichen Lärm gemacht. In den 1. Stock führt eine Metalltreppe, die Schlafen mit den entsprechenden Nachbarn unmöglich macht. Bitte legen Sie auf die Treppe (Gummi-)Matten, um den Lärm zu dämpfen. Sonst ist man vom Glück mit den Nachbarn abhängig und das wäre mir zu riskant"

"We enjoyed staying at this resort. We stayed in one of the larger rooms in the main lodge. The place was huge! One bathroom, washer/dryer, two beds, a living room, kitchen and a perfect balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. We stayed only two nights and didn't use the kitchen, but we can see this would be a great place to stay for a while. "This property is beautiful, however be aware that you need to pay for every little thing once on site. If you run out of soap, dishwasher pods, want clean towels, or in our case, need more toilet paper, it all costs extra. I don’t mind having to pay for some things, but I’ve never been asked to pay for toilet paper anywhere else in the world and I have to say, it slightly soured my experience. "Wonderful apartment. However be careful booking ‘premium apartment’ as we booked the 1356 sq ft apartment and were given keys for the 700 sq ft apartment. No staff on duty when we arrived so spent first night in smaller apartment, which was very disappointing as we only had 3 nights and had driven for 2 days to get there. Otherwise highly recommend "

"Amazing town. The property offers the summer card which was simply amazing for Schladming and the surrounding areas. The card offers great attractions and free bus services around the area and is an absolute game changer! The property itself is a classic nice Austrian style apartment/hotel and is an absolute 10/10. "Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. I admit it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with all the windows open as there is no air conditioning. This apartment would work ok in the winter. It is also a steep walk into town. The views over the town are however are amazing."
