In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 1.5 km long steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Schladming" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Pichl" 6 km. On the lower ground floor: walk-through room with 2 beds. Open interconnecting room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and hand-basin. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Oil heating. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and Schladming. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
