Wohnen in neu entstehendem Ortsteil

Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit sehr bequemen Sitzmöbeln um den Esstisch. Es gab im Vorfeld genaue Informationen zu Anfahrt und Zugang zur Wohnung. Wir hatten die Wohnung gebucht, da sie für drei Erwachsene getrennte Schlafzimmer bietet. Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass aber nur in zwei Schlafräumen die Betten für drei hergerichtet waren. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung um ein weiteres Bettlaken zu bekommen, hätte kundenfreundlicher sein können und es wurde mitgeteilt, dass dafür 6€ von der Kaution abgezogen werden müssten. Wünschenswert wäre auch, nicht ausschließlich 80x80 große, sehr voluminös gefüllte Kopfkissen vorzufinden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr, bei einer Belegung mit mehreren Personen sind die Töpfe jedoch zu klein bemessen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Design ist so perfekt, dass es fast schon steril wirkt. Die Stühle am Esstisch, Couch und Sessel sind sehr bequem. Die gesamte Möblierung ist hochwertig. Die Schlafzimmer bieten viel Kleiderschrankplatz. Auch die Lage direkt an der Schlei ist wunderbar. Die Außenanlagen sind noch recht neu angelegt und bieten ausreichend Platz zwischen den Wohnhäusern. Die Wohnanlage wirkt nobel. Die Küchenausstattung enthält alles Notwendige, wir hätten sie uns aber noch etwas umfangreicher gewünscht, mehr als ein scharfes Küchenmesser wäre schön gewesen, auch ein Rührgerät wäre nützlich. Leider sind die Gläser im Hängeschrank in der Küchenecke für Menschen mit 1,60 m Größe unerreichbar. Das WLAN hat nicht immer zuverlässig funktioniert und war in den Schlafzimmern schwach. Das obligatorische Wäschepaket ist nur eine Handtuch-Minimalausstattung. Das laut Beschreibung beiliegende Badetuch hätten wir eher als Duschtuch bezeichnet. Wir hätten uns auch Saunatücher gewünscht, zumal diese auf dem Werbefoto für die Wohnung abgebildet sind. Wenigstens als zubuchbares Paket. Leider hat jedes Lüften in den Schlafzimmern zu einer Spinneninvasion geführt. Für die Fenster wären daher Fliegennetze nützlich. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Raumthermostate der Heizung auf 5°C eingestellt. Da eine Fußbodenheizung träge reagiert, hatten wir erst Stunden später eine angenehme Temperatur im Wohnzimmer. Im Bad hat es bis zum nächsten Tag gedauert. Die Buchung der Ferienwohnung, Schlüsselübergabe, Kautionsrückzahlung verliefen reibungslos. Die aufgeführten Kritikpunkte haben unser Urlaubserlebnis nicht beeinträchtigt.

Die Ferienwohnung Fjord-Koje 1 ist hoch- und neuwertig ausgestattet und bietet für 6 Personen reichlich Platz. Die Schüsselübergabe gestaltete sich - Dank des Schlüsseltresors - völlig problemlos. Auch wenn rundherum noch ordentlich gebaut wird, hat man vor der Terrassentür einen schön angelegten Außenbereich und einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Schlei. Leider haben wir den vorhandenen Strandkorb und die Gartenmöbel aufgrund des zu kalten Wetters zu Ostern noch nicht nutzen können. Die Wohnung selbst läßt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Sauna macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, obwohl wir sie nicht ausprobieren konnten - dazu war die Zeit einfach zu kurz. Sehenswürdigkeiten von Schleswig sind fußläufig zu erreichen und auch die weitere Umgebung bietet viel zu entdecken. Zu evtl. Beeinträchtigungen durch Baulärm können wir leider nichts sagen, zu Ostern wurde ja nicht gearbeitet. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter und würden jederzeit gern auch einen längeren Urlaub hier verbringen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Schlei. Drum herum ist noch viel Baustelle, aber das war uns vorher bekannt.
