"We stayed here for 4 nights for my 16 year old's birthday trip. After booking in, I reached out to the hotel in advance to get the balloons done in the room as a surprise and Tanja from the hotel was so helpful to arrange it. Thank you for it. The hotel was fantastic, room was clean and spacious. The shower room was spacious and super clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the key highlight. Lots of varieties to taste in the authentic Austrian styles, in addition to the continental. The location was convenient, easily accessible in 10 min from the city centre by public transport - bus or tram. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and the tram stop is just few minutes walk away. The hotel provided a pass as we're staying for more than 3 nights and it helped in the public transport and in getting some discounts in some attractions. The views around the hotel is super scenic. We enjoyed the stay here. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Innsbruck. "

"Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing and the numerous restaurants nearby was definitely a bonus! "

"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. It was also near to super market and McDonalds for any quick grabs. The only downsides were slight infestation around some corners especially in bathrooms and broken sink drain stopper in the main bathroom. Additionally, it would be nice to also clearly label laundry basket. All in all, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it and don’t hesitate to stay again in future."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved how close it was to transit and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I did find the tub/shower combination a little challenging at first but once I figured it out I didn't end up with a puddle on the floor."

"I added this hotel at the last minute and I was glad I did! Where some hotels you must check in by 6p, Der Reschenhof allowed checking in as late as 11p. Made a huge difference to my plans and the hotel was wonderful! Polite staff, quick check in, great room, free parking, and breakfast was included. Would come back again!"
