"I was a bit disappointed with the check in procedure - especially that I had to re-park my car. (while another car on a similar parking place remained...)
The staff was not bad - friendly in the typical German manner. That was ok for me but my friends felt a bit mistreated. "
"Our stay was wonderful! The junior suite had a lovely circular room that was perfect for winding down in the evening or catching the morning light through the stain glass windows.
Attention to detail, plus taking truly good care during our stay made it a special time. The grounds were also stunning with lots of space to walk through enjoying the landscaping.
