Apartment "summer" - Apartments Baltic - Kate

The apartment "summer" is located in a faithfully preserved, the listed former Kate. It was a major overhaul in 2010 and 2011, with modern living comfort with building biology compatibility could be linked into disrepair.
 
The architecturally interesting apartment in the upper floor of the "Ostsee-Kate" (looking at the starry sky) has a combined, opening up to the rooftop bedroom and lounge with satellite LCD TV, stereo, wireless internet and walk-in closet with safe and a separate, open entry and kitchen with dining area. On the floors massive larch planks are laid. The apartment has a small schmuckes shower room with toilet, towel dryer and Hotelfön. Of course, is also part of our "summer" a private terrace in the garden and the possibility to use the barbecue facilities and the laundry room (freezer, washing machine, condenser and board) with. After consultation, you can of course also use the existing bikes for day trips free of charge!

The good 30m² apartment can accommodate 2 people. If you want to use our house with three or four adults or a family with 2 or 3 children, of course you can also book one or two more apartments. Towels and linens are included as well as a "Comfort-Service", ie an intermediate cleaning every 3-4 days, if desired. For an extra charge (as desired), we also offer selected organic or Even producers procure products of the region.
 
Check in: from 15: 00h; Departure: to 10. 00. To give you and the other guests the greatest possible comfort range, the two apartments are rented out as consistently Non smoking apartments. For the same reason, unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Our "summer" was classified in September 2016 by the Tourist Board Vorpommern by DTV criteria and awarded 4 stars.

The Ostsee-Kate with the apartments "Lifestyle", "summer" and "meaningful joy" is in a beautiful, 3,300 m² large fruit tree plot on a quiet cul de sac in Schmatzin. The small estate village is situated romantically between Usedom and Peene. Up to the lively and popular beaches on the island is about 30 minutes, until the Fishing and canoeing paradise Peene about 10 to 15 minutes or to the lake after Gützkow about 8 km.  Also castles and fortresses, airports and golf courses, museums and nature reserves, architecturally charming old towns (eg. B. Greifswald and Stralsund), the legendary chalk cliffs on Rügen or the imperial baths of Usedom are within easy reach - often by train. The place is an excellent starting point for cycling. Gourmets will also find some culinary highlights in the area. After Schmatzin arrive daily traveling grocer. Just 8km there are several supermarkets, discounters and organic farm shop.  Until the railway line Berlin-Stralsund-Rostock-Hamburg there are also 8 km away. From there, the historic train travels to Usedom. A collection and delivery service to the train station is possible both on arrival and departure as well as for day trips.
