"Ich bin in sehr vielen Hotels und erkenne daher meist typische Stellen die negativ sind. Daher ist mir das Hotel ten Hoopen besonders dadurch aufgefallen, dass fast alles perfekt war. "

"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"The property is spacious, clean and close to university. Would have liked to have a kettle or information on how to boil water!"
