We stayed for 1 night. Were notified 2 days before that reception and restaurant would be closed (wish that would be more clearly communicated at the time of booking). Arrived on Monday night and self-check in with no issues. Had to drive 10 km to the nearest open restaurant to get food. There were no vending machines on site and no way to get any food or water, no grocery stores in the area were open. Also, WiFi stopped working in the middle of the evening. We reached out to the host but got no response. On the positive side, the views from the 2 balconies were absolutely stunning and the property was clean and well maintained.

Our room was very clean, attractive and modern, and the view was beautiful in the valley. The hotel staff were friendly. There are walking trails all around. The road to the nearest waterfall was closed for repairs. The door to one of our room 7 family suite balconies was broken and barely possible to open or securely close which made cooling the room difficult in the 35C heat. The walls were very thin and our neighbors were loudly about their business at 4:30 am, and the hotel is on a major highway in the valley so many loud trucks pass close to the window. Staff at the restaurant stop speaking to guests at 7:45pm so it's impossible to order a drink before they close at 8. There was a terrible sour / old smell from the kitchen in the stairwell to the rooms.

We arrived in the evening and everything was closed but there were clear instructions how to enter using the padlocks. Didn't see anyone while we stayed the night.

Fint overnatning med udsigt til bjergene. Der er meget støj fra vejen til Østrig som går lige udenfor, men lukker man vinduerne er støjen meget dæmpet men så er der meget varmt i værelset. Der er ikke åben i restauranten mandag og tirsdag så ingen mulighed god tilkøb af morgenmad. Der kunne godt være en elkedel og kopper så man kunne klare sig selv. Perfekt til sightseeing i Berchtesgarden mv.
