Walking and cycling paths and a pony pasture are located in the immediate vicinity. A separate seating area in the garden is perfect for barbecuing and relaxing. The large lawn is ideal for playing football or badminton.

The 80 sq m apartment offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bathtub/toilet, a living room with an LED TV (with HDMI connection), and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout (25 Mbps).
