"Die neuwertige Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 50 Meter unterhalb haben wir den Zugang zur Piste gefunden und am Ende des Tages mit den Skiern zurück bis vor das Haus, perfekt. "Great location, close to the ski lift, perfect for two families. Great pool, nice saunas We had to move the couch as we fell a book behind, and it was really dirty behind/under. From the pictures is was not clear to us that the fourth bedroom is in the attic, with a ladder, and really low ceiling. This could be made clear is the desciption. There are some broken/unused furniture kept in there, that could be removed."

"Pleasant resort with all services. We used these cottages in the summer too. Ideal holiday for families with children in winter and summer. Seamless communication with the reception, willingness to provide perfect service, swimming pool and saunas. We were very satisfied as every year and look forward to our next visit. "Das Chalet ist klein, veraltet und mit allerlei Schnickschnack des Eigentümers ausgestattet. Außerdem sind verschiedene Dinge kaputt oder beschädigt. Das Chalet blickt auf den Müll anderer Leute. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption angegeben und sie haben uns mitgeteilt, dass sie nichts dagegen tun könnten. Der Preis ist zu hoch für das, was man dafür bekommt. Der Park ist in Ordnung und das Schwimmbad und das Restaurant sind schön. Die Gegend ist im Sommer ruhiger und weniger touristisch als...

"Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Es gab kleine Mängel, wie der nicht gut funktionierende Geschirrspüler (wir mussten händisch nachspülen), die Ausstattung (Griller vorhanden - kein Grillbesteck), die Poolanlage war leider defekt. Der Kreischberg ist als Sommerurlaubsziel nicht ideal, da die Gondel nur an 3 Tagen fährt."

"Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. I admit it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with all the windows open as there is no air conditioning. This apartment would work ok in the winter. It is also a steep walk into town. The views over the town are however are amazing."

"Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! "

"Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
