Welcome to Haus Ferienglück. The property is located in a quiet yet central part of the health resort town of Schönau am Königssee, known for its therapeutic climate. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the centre of Schönau am Königssee, where you’ll find the Haus des Gastes, the Gradierwerk with its Kneipp facility, shopping options, and various restaurants. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Surrounded by the Berchtesgaden Alps and the Watzmann, our house is the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions, such as to the picturesque Königssee with its famous Echo and the St. Bartholomä pilgrimage church, or to the Jenner. No matter the season, you’ll find ideal conditions here for a varied and relaxing holiday.
At our “Ferienglück” guesthouse, a high-quality, fully equipped 3-room apartment awaits you, featuring a cosy atmosphere spread over two floors with mountain views, as well as east- and south-facing balconies.
The apartment features a fully equipped, separate kitchen and a dining area with a corner bench where you can relax wonderfully with a cup of tea or coffee from our extensive selection of organic teas and Nespresso coffee.
In the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, you’ll also find a flat-screen TV and a Roberts DAB stereo radio with a CD player. The retro-style bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a bathtub with a shower, high-quality toiletries, and a toilet.
The bedroom can be divided into two rooms by a sliding door. Each of these rooms features two single beds (90/200 each), blinds for blackout, and an east-facing balcony that catches the morning sun. All furniture is made of solid wood. The apartment is cleaned using organic cleaning products as well as EM products. A parking space is available for our guests on the property, as is a charging station for electric cars (for a fee). Pets are not allowed in our accommodation (not even as visitors).
