Ein herrlicher Blick auf die Bergwelt vom Kehlstein bis zum Grünstein lässt den Sonnenaufgang oder das Alpenglühen am Abend auf dem Balkon genießen. Die Wohnung 1 DTV Klassefizierung 4 Sterne, 78 qm zuzügl. ca. 30 lfd/m Balkon verfügt über eine gemütliche Bauernstube, separate große Küche, sowie 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, Bad/DU, WC. Die Wohnung 2 DTV Klassefizierung 3 Sterne, 32 qm zuzügl. ca 8 lfd/m Balkon verfügt über einen großen Wohn/Schlafraum, separate kleine Küche, sowie Bad/DU/WC. Sie erreichen zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten die Bushaltestelle und in 10 Minuten die Schön Klinik BGL sowie eine Bäckerei/Konditorei.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern, total gemütlich und in einer ruhigen aber guten Lage um alles zu erreichen. Familie Koll sind sehr sehr liebe und fürsorgliche Vermieter und waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt absolut genießen. In der Nähe befinden sich 2 Restaurants, ein Bäcker und die Bushaltestelle, von der man problemlos zum Königssee und nach Berchtesgaden kommt. Zu Fuß erreichten wir den Königssee in ca 30 Minuten. Ein Urlaub in den Bergen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und hierfür ist man bei Familie Koll sehr gut aufgehoben!

Tolle Wohnung!

Sehr nette Vermieter und saubere moderne Wohnung. Haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Es gab sogar jeden Morgen eine sogenannte Frühstückspost mit Tipps und Veranstaltungen für den Tag.

Sehr freundlich, modern und sauber.

Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Die Wohnung scheint neu renoviert. Sie liegt Zufuß 30min vom Königssee entfernt.

Ruhig , idyllisch, sehr gastfreundlich

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr umfassend ausgestattet (besonders die Küche). Sie befindet sich im 1. Stock und bleibt auch bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur angenehm frisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gesellig, wir saßen mehrere schöne Abende mit ihnen auf der Terrasse bei einem Glas Wein. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen (es gibt sogar einen Brötchen-Bring-Service), und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Grünstein. Die Bushaltestelle ist 7 Gehminuten entfernt, der Königssee bzw. die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Berchtesgaden sind mit dem Bus in 10 bzw. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt mit super freundlichen Gastgebern!

Die Unterkunft entspricht einszueins den inserierten Bildern; in live sieht sie sogar noch schöner aus! Das Apartement war sehr sauber und bietet mit der toll ausgestatteten Küche alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles rund um Berchtesgaden herum zu erkunden. Der Check-In, Bezahlung und alles Weitere hat problemlos funktioniert! Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und sie nehmen sich Zeit für ihre Gäste. Was uns aber wirklich erstaunt hat, war, dass sie uns eine kostenlose Nacht angeboten hatten, damit wir einen Tag mit schönem Wetter verbringen können. Wir hatten nämlich aufgrund der Kältefront Anfang Mai etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren 5-tägigen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. Dazu beigetragen haben: - die Aufmerksamkeit des Vermieters, sowie seine Hilfsbereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit (jederzeit). - die perfekte Ausstattung (!) sowie Sauberkeit (!) der Ferienwohnung.
