The Löslerfreud houses are located in Schönau am Königssee, at Löslerstraße 50 and 52, in a beautiful setting in the Oberschönau area with a magnificent view of meadows and mountains. Panoramic Mountain Views Enjoy the view from the apartments’ balconies—a breathtaking panoramic vista stretching from the Kehlstein in the east, across the Göll massif to the Jenner, and from the Grünstein in front of the Watzmann all the way to the Hochkalter in the west. Multigenerational Holidays Starting in July, the family-friendly Untersberg and Grünstein apartments will be accessible via an lift from the underground car park and are perfectly suited for multigenerational holidays. The Grünstein apartment is also wheelchair accessible. High-end amenities The spacious, allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartments feature electric sunshades and insect screens, a safe, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an underground parking space. Depending on the apartment, they offer space for 2 to 6 people with up to 3 separate bedrooms.
Our spacious “Schönfeldspitze” holiday apartment, at 145 m², spans two levels and accommodates up to 9 people in four separate bedrooms. This makes it ideal for larger families or a joint stay with two families. On the ground floor, the spacious, open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. The large dining table comfortably seats the entire group. From the cosy seating area, you have direct access to the terrace. A second, separate living room is available for additional privacy. A walk-in closet, pantry, and storage room also provide ample storage space, ensuring that everything stays organised and spacious even when the apartment is fully occupied. The apartment’s private staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the four bedrooms as well as the spacious bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony, offering a lovely outdoor retreat.
