Apartment of approximately 80 m² with a 40 m² terrace and a magnificent view

The townhouse was built several decades ago to be very sturdy and solid and has been well-maintained ever since. <br>The apartment was extensively renovated and modernised in 2021/2022. All three rooms, as well as the kitchen, have been refurnished or completely modernised.<br><br>The holiday rental is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom features a double bed (2 mattresses, each 100x200), and in another room (the children’s bedroom), our younger guests can sleep in a loft bed (each 100x200). If these options are insufficient or unsuitable, you can also use a sleeper sofa or a sleeper chair, both located in the living room.<br><br>The rooms have the following floor areas:<br>Living room approx. 26 m², master bedroom approx. 22 m², children’s bedroom approx. 8 m².<br><br>Both the living room and the master bedroom have a balcony door leading out to the large terrace.<br>The terrace is approx. 40 m² and thus offers plenty of space. On the terrace, you’ll find 5 garden chairs, 1 bistro table, and outdoor seating, including a coffee table.<br><br>The kitchen is small but mighty! :-) It’s semi-open to the living room and separated from it only by a counter.<br>The kitchen has everything you could want—it’s fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and much more.<br><br>The Black Forest offers almost endless opportunities to spend an active holiday. You can start many of these activities—such as hiking, biking, or skiing (cross-country or downhill)—right outside your door. The ski lift (Dobel) is only about 450 m away, the natural outdoor pool about 500 m, the nearest hiking trail/bike route about 300 m, and mini-golf about 500 m away.<br><br>The municipality of Schönwald in the Black Forest collects a visitor’s tax to partially cover its expenses for the construction and maintenance of facilities provided for spa and recreational purposes, for events held for this purpose, and for the preservation of the environment. The visitor’s tax is 2.50 EUR per person per day of stay for individuals aged 16 and older, and 1.00 EUR for children aged 6 through 15.<br>The following applies to guests staying in Schönwald for professional reasons: According to the Baden-Württemberg Registration Act and local visitor tax regulations, these individuals are also required to register; however, they are exempt from the visitor tax and are therefore not entitled to the guest card.
