Beautiful vacation apartment for 2–5 people (with pool area)

We are pleased to offer you our newly furnished, approximately 80 qm² duplex holiday apartment.

This cosy and quietly located holiday apartment for 2–5 people is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building.

It features a bedroom with a 1.80-meter double bed and a balcony, a bedroom with a 1.40-meter bed, and a spacious living and dining area (also with a balcony), a separate kitchen, a cosy reading nook, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a (separate!) toilet (on the lower floor). An additional sleeping option (90x200 cm) is located in the living/dining area (sofa bed/recamier).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a set of pots and pans, and all necessary utensils. Children’s tableware is also available.

Make yourself comfortable on our large leather sofa in the living area or relax and read a book in the reading nook.
Of course, the apartment also features a flat-screen TV (Smart TV) and free Wi-Fi.

As of January 2026, the pool area is open again (accessible with the house/apartment key); you can reach it via Level 0 as soon as you enter the building (through the front door, straight ahead, then left).

), please stop by the Tourist Information Office in Schönwald to receive the KONUS guest card.

The visitor’s tax must also be paid in cash there:
This amounts to €2.50 per person (ages 16 and older) per day.
Children ages 6 through 15 pay €1.00 per day.
