"Nice hotel, great walking area and close to things to do. Only downfall is parking. $52 a day for valet parking, absolutely ridiculous. You have to park down the street in a parking garage. That cost is $24 a day, better but still a pain having to lug your stuff back and forth. I suggest when looking for a hotel in downtown Portland, make sure they have a parking garage on site where you’re not paying a ridiculous amount of money if you’re staying a week +. Or stay a bit further out of downtown. Lesson learned."

"Staff might have been the kindest & most accommodating I’ve ever encountered by a hotel, and I’ve stayed at a variety of places including Westin, Four Seasons, the Marriott, & other boutique hotels but the valet, bell hops, & front desk staff were all super kind & accommodating. Super clean, public transportation right in front, walkable, comfy bed. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the TV in the room next to me was right against my headboard so I could hear the TV when I was trying to fall asleep. Other than that, great stay and will totally stay again when I come back to Portland. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was immaculate and comfortable and was a great place to crash for the night. There's a parking garage close by, and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. If homeless people make you uncomfortable, you might not enjoy walking around, but we've never encountered anyone threatening downtown. If I were to ding the property at all, it would be over the cleanliness of the elevator; however, even that wasn't bad. The little cafe that's attached has a good morning food selection (lots of pastries and breakfast sandwiches), and overall the place was pretty quiet. Since it is downtown, it's never completely still, but we've stayed in louder places."
