A spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and LCD TV and private shower room offers space for 3 people with an additional bed. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for a further 2 people and a 2. Shower room.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, dishwasher, microwave with oven and induction ceramic hob invite you to self-sufficiency.

The entrance area of the apartment offers another area to relax with a comfortable armchair.
The beach in California is only a 5 minute walk through the salt marshes. With its 2 balconies, this apartment offers a dream view of the Baltic Sea and the Kiel Fjord.

Check in war gut... nett und freundlich. Küche ausgestattet könnte mehr sein ( kl. Löffeln waren zu wenig)Das Badezimmer Abfluss hat gestunken..Im großen und ganzen Zufriedenheit.

Die Möbel waren zerschlissen/kaputt, zu wenig Kochgeschirr für Induktion nicht geeignet. Ewiger Brummton im Schlafzimmer. Sehr schade, dass dadurch der Gesamteindruck stark gelitten hat und somit das Preis: Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmte. Keine Reaktion auf die Kritik während des Aufenthalts.

Wir haben eine schön...

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im App. 1601/06 verlebt. Die Ferienwohnung besteht quasi aus zwei Appartements, eines zum Schlafen das andere zum Wohnen und Kochen, mit 2 Personen hat man sehr viel Platz , man hat 2 Bäder und natürlich 2 Balkone somit Vormittags und Nachmittags Abends Sonne. Tolle Ausstattung und bequeme Betten. Der Putzdienst könnte sich jedoch ein wenig mehr Mühe geben, die Bäder waren jedoch sauber. Kommunikation und Empfang super.

Sehr schöner Meeresb...

Sehr schöner Meeresblick vom Balkon, Zimmer haben gute Größe, in der Küchenaustattung war alles was man braucht vorhanden, die Wohnung hätte hier und da noch eine Nachbesserung in Sachen Sauberkeit vertragen können , aber alles in allem würden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Toller Meeresblick!

Schöner Urlaub

Super Ausblick aus dem 16.OG mit den 2 Balkonen zur Ostsee und zur Kieler Förde! Die Wohnung ist "zweckmäßig" eingerichtet und eigentlich alles da (bis auf den zugesagten Backofen). Die Balkons hätten vorher mal etwas sauber gemacht werden können. Leider sind die Wohnungen nach oben und unten relativ hellhörig. Aber man will ja auch die meiste Zeit draußen sein :-)
