    The fitted kitchen is completely furnished for self-sufficiency. The cozy living room includes a dining area.
    You can relax on the furnished loggia in any weather and in any season. From the balcony you can see the Kiel Fjord and the Baltic Sea.
    The beach in California is only a 5 minute walk through the salt marshes. This apartment (west side) with 40 m² is located on the 14th Floor in the Kiel house. Two single beds in the open bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area offer space for max. 4 people.
