Ideal for anyone looking to perfectly combine the great outdoors with proximity to the city. This spacious 110-square-meter home offers a cosy atmosphere with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The heart of the home is a modern and cosy living room with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to it is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker—it has everything you could want. Additional comfort is provided by a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

The three bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat with comfortable linens and cosy beds (depending on the room: one king-size double bed or two single beds each), ensuring a restful night’s sleep. For our younger guests
, a cot is available.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden, relax on the large patio, or prepare a BBQ on the grill. Free parking is also available, so you can arrive without any worries.

The beautiful and world-famous Sanssouci Palace, with its expansive grounds, is a major tourist attraction. Berlin’s famous Kurfürstendamm is also about a 30-minute drive away. Since the Berlin Exhibition Centre is only about 23 kilometres away, this accommodation is also ideal for trade show visitors and exhibitors.
