"A little smaller than my impression from the pix. Every appliance but a dishwasher & toaster-oven. Google Maps place it east of Hwy 1, but it's actually west, with a great location right on the ocean bluff. No beach access within walking distance, but a half-mile bluff trail. One block walk to a couple of nice restaurants. Lucky you!"

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The property was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping and so much to explore. We stayed in the Antique Cabin, which was so cute, comfortable and very clean. We saw tons of hummingbirds while walking around the property, which was such a fun little bonus. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived and made us a wonderful breakfast of biscuits and gravy. I would HIGHLY recommend it, the biscuits were definitely top tier! The area itself was also so peaceful and beautiful. It’s quiet, and every once in a while you can hear sea lions in the distance, which really adds to the whole coastal experience. Overall, we had such a great stay and would absolutely come back again!"

"Loved our stay . Great beach and trail access, house is close to highway 1 but didn’t mind . Great hot tub , beds were comfy and we appreciated the extra linens . We r big cooks so we could of used some dish towels! We even stayed 2 extra days . Thank you"

"The owner was very helpful. The room was charming, with a wonderful view. It would be difficult for mobility restricted guest to climb to a number of the rooms on the side of the building, however our room was perfect. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch,"

"Our nonprofit organization's board of directors stayed in this lovely home for our annual in-person retreat, and the four of us really enjoyed our time there. The home itself has a unique and interesting design and is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms are lovely, with very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are lovely as well . The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, more than in some homes I have stayed in. Our host was available and responsive, which is always appreciated. Sea Ranch is such a great place, with walking trails along the beautiful ocean and recreation centers with pool, sauna, etc. This home is close to Gualala Point Regional Park and the little town of Gualala -we highly recommend the Vue restaurant. Thanks for a great stay, John!"

"We loved this place for just the two of us. Great vicinity to the Bluff Trail, nice views complete with hot tub on the deck, wonderful spaciousness and sun in the common rooms, with the master bedroom set back in the calm and dark. (We slept so well! Super comfortable king mattress, too.) If we had to quibble, it would be that the bathroom and kitchen might call for some updating (but we didn't mind at all and appreciated the pricing on a less 'fancy' place). Everything was well thought-out, clean and efficient."

"A beautiful, peaceful property with great ocean views. Highly recommend staying here for a tranquil time. The house was well equipped and very clean. My only critique is that the hot tub could have been cleaner, as it was clear there was some buildup from previous guests. Still amazing overall!!!"
