About this property

Holiday flat in the idyllic Schwalmtal

The apartment is located in the 1. OG of a commercial building.
Very nice the secluded location, it is the only apartment in the house.
Parking right outside the door.
Rear view of the beautiful landscape.
Very suitable for cyclists or hikers.
We are happy to rent bikes to our guests, please just book. Toilet and shower are separated.
The kitchen and 1 room are available only from about 6/19.
The furnishing will be completed, please let us know, which furnishings you would like to find already.
The essential facilities such as beds, table, chairs, microwave, kettle, stove etc. are already available immediately.
For those who are spontaneous, an automatic check-in is possible.
The advantage of course is always to book early. If you book on the day of arrival, we will do the room service for you in the evening.
The apartment has its own entrance.

AUF KEINEN FALL BUCHEN

Horror...habe noch nie eine so runtergekommene Unterkunft gebucht...Möbel sind alle Sperrmüll, die Wohnung war dreckig ohne Ende (geputzt wurde dort wohl zuletzt nach der Wiedervereinigung), Schimmel in der Mikrowelle, im Geschirrspüler, im Schlafzimmer ging nicht eine Steckdose, Fernseher ohne Fernbedienungen also nicht benutzbar, ein Bett komplett ohne Latten im Rahmen, Dreckwäsche im anderen Zimmer... Wir haben über eine Stunde geputzt um halbwegs hausen zu können, dazu massig Geld ausgeben für Desinfektion und Co. Eine Frechheit so etwas anzubieten...ist von mir dem Ordnungsamt gemeldet worden, ich hoffe die steigen dem Vermieter aufs Dach Ist alles belegbar mit Fotos die ich gemacht habe

Sehr dreckig und unfreundlich

So einen unhöfliche Kommunikation zwischen Gast und Vermieter haben wir noch erlebt. Vorort angekommen war niemand da. Nach mehrmaligen anrufen, ging der Vermieter endlich ran. Er bräuchte 2 Stunden zur Ferienwohnung das ist eine Frechheit. Daraufhin meinte der Vermieter man hätte sich vorher melden müssen. Warum melden wenn Check in ab 15. Uhr sollte man dann auch Vorort sein. Die Hygiene war sehr schlecht. Sehr runtergekommen, Matratze verschimmelt, feuchter Geruch. Nicht zu empfehlen
