"Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."

Then the warm welcome continues in the room finding chocolate fruits etc .. and very attentive staff at the breakfast the next morning helping out with a last minute one for me. Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! "The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."
