Schöne Woche im Zillertal

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Ganz ruhig gelegen ohne Straßenlärm und trotzdem zentral das Mal alles sehr schnell erreichen kann. Für kleine Kinder auch ideal: der Hof mit Hund, Katzen, Laufenten und Kühen.

Schöne, ruhige Lage. Nette und felxible Gastgeber. Das Nötigste ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Schaukel, Rutschen und kleine Katzen auf dem Hof haben die Kinder erfreut.

À l’arrivée, un bruit d’ultrason dérangeant vous accueille, émis par un appareil censé éloigner les animaux. L’accueil est sommaire, les guêpes envahissent la terrasse. Le logement, peu équipé pour 6 : une seule poubelle, peu de vaisselle, pas de grille-pain, serviettes minuscules. L’éclairage est défaillant (1 ampoule sur 6 dans le couloir). Literie correcte, salle de bain convenable, mais isolation très faible : on entend beaucoup les voisins.

Highlight dieser Ferienwohnung ist die idyllische Lage mit fantastischer und unverbauter Fernsicht auf das Zillertal - ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um fußläufig zu allerlei Aktivitäten starten zu können. Mobiliar war zwar solide, jedoch an vielen Stellen schon sehr verschlissen/beschädigt. Die Küchenausstattung hätten wir uns umfangreicher gewünscht (mehr Geschirr UND Topflappen). Allgemein wirkt die Ferienwohnung nicht sonderlich liebevoll gestaltet.

Funktional eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Der Bauernhof mit seinen Kühen war vor allem für die Kinder ein spannendes Extra. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Der Hof liegt ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar gewesen.

Ausblick ist super. Parkplätze sind gut vorhanden. Matratzen sind durchgelegen Kaum Stauraum (für Kleidung) Kein insektenschutz vorhanden Wespen unerträglich viele kommen ungehindert in die ganze Wohnung wurden mehrfach gestochen (sogar im schlaf) nicht für Allergiker Mobiliar sehr veraltet Whg. Sanierungs bedürftig Küchenutensilien mangelhaft (Kelle fehlt) Die Vermittlungsseite nie wieder! Eigentümer Abzocke kurtaxe ab 15,sie verlangen ab 12 Bauernhof,nein Kinder wurden gar nicht einbezogen

Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen zufriedenstellend. An Ausstattung fehlten diverse Kleinigkeiten. Kontakt mit Vermieter war kaum vorhanden. Kinder wurden überhaupt nicht einbezogen in das Bauernhofleben. Das war schade.

Anreise war an einem Feiertag: in der Toilette war eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier. Es gab keine Seife. Keine Geschirrtücher. Wir bekamen 1 mittleres und 3 kleine Handtücher. Ein Vorleger vor err Dusche wäre auch nicht schlecht. W-lan gab es funktionierte aber nicht

Great stay

It is a good economical option to choose for spending time in the Zillertal. The apartment is spacious, warm and clean. The furnishings are used but in good condition. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with utensils. The beds are comfortable. The wi-fi is painfully slow sometimes, especially in the evenings, but for basic use, it should be sufficient. The house can be easily accessed from the main road, with a lot of space to park the car.

Negativ: Matratzen, Kissen, Decken mit... flecken, defekte Küchenlampe, auseinanderfallender Heizkörper, klemmende Schranktüren/Schubladen, dürftige Ausstattung für 6 Personen (Stückwerk bei Geschirr, Töpfen…, nur 1 Mülleimer ohne Beutel für gewünschte Mülltrennung, kein Badvorleger, keine Haken für Handtücher, kaum Abstellmöglichkeit für Badutensilien, zu wenig Stauraum für Klamotten), schlechtes W-Lan für 2€/Tag (wurde uns aber nicht berechnet) Positiv: Ruhige Lage, toller Ausblic

wir kommen auch ein 3. mal gerne wieder!

Uns hat es letztes Jahr im Hause der Familie Taxacher so gut gefallen, dass wir dieses Jahr gerne wieder gekommen sind. Auch unseren beiden kleinen Kindern hat es so gut gefallen, dass sie gar nicht wieder nach Hause wollten (vorallem auch wegen der 6 kleinen Katzenbabys auf dem Hof ;) ) Wir kommen nächstes Jahr ganz sicher wieder, dann auch mal länger als 7 Nächte. Es gibt unendlich viele Kinderfreizeitgestaltungen in der gegend. Ein Paradies für Kinder und Erholung für uns Eltern.

bonne location avec belle vue

Une bonne location de vacances avec une belle vue. L'appartement est situé dans un chalet d'une ferme d'où quelques odeurs d'épandage dans le champ à proximité à notre arrivée et quelques mouches mais nous venons de la campagne donc cela ne nous a pas posé problème. Le chalet n'est pas dans le centre de Fügen mais à une distance à pied très raisonnable et on peut aller à pied faire des courses. Il est facile de se garer devant le chalet. Il est assez bien insonorisé et fonctionnel. Nous n'avons pas eu la sensation d'êtres les uns sur les autres comme dans certains appartements de montagne en France. La cuisine pourrait comporter un peu plus de vaisselle ou d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Le linge de maison était fourni mais il vaut mieux prévoir un plus dans les bagages car il n'y avait pas de tapis de bain ni de torchon à main. Les velux ont des stores mais ils ne sont pas occultants il faut prévoir des masques de nuit pour ne pas être réveillé trop tôt (nous n'avons pas réussi à fermer avec blocage les velux non plus, il y aurait un problème?...) . Malgré ces quelques détails d'amélioration à apporter peut-être, au final, nous sommes tout de même enchantés de notre séjour.
