The location of the hotel is great. I think the hotel needs a bit tlc , somebody who cares. Also as I booked 2 doubles with twin beds, I expect twin beds and not just a tiny sofa bed. Unexceptionable!

The hotel was clean and the room was good. Though service levels were not upto the mark and was not Marriott standard. The breakfast options were good. If you looking for dinner, then The restaurant menu for dinner was very limited, a bit disappointing to be honest. If you used to courtyard Marriott and have travelled globally, then this one would be at the lower end of your experience.

Hotel is clean and quiet. That are the positives. Didn't like: 1. Parking - had to pay extra for parking for a hotel which is outside the city! 2. Service - very poor service. 3. Breakfast is not included in the sleepover and no one tells you about that, so at the checkout had to pay the most expensive pancakes, coffee and juice (34 euro for 2x people). 4. Tourist city tax - for what? Schwerin didn't look like the most crowded by tourist cities but yet "city tax". Recommended hotel - certainly not!

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und Ausstattung in einem guten Zustand. Wenn man ankommt, ist das Zimmer kalt. (Temperatur). Das ist ungemütlich - etwas wärmer könnte es schon bei Ankunft sein! Frühstück ist einfacher Standard. (Preiswerter Käse/Wurst, Rührei, hartes Ei, Fleischsalat, Marmelade). Es fehlt der Versuch, etwas Gutes/wirkliche Aufmerksamkeit dem Gast zu bieten. 0815 Businesshotel am Stadtrand in der Nähe Einkaufsgebiet. Sauna ist klein und erst ab 18.00 Uhr an.
