"Excellent customer service, great location as well."

"Amazing rooms"

"I wouldn’t recommend for longer stay. Cleanliness and stay didn’t meet my expectations, considering it being one of the good hotels in Surat."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room."

"Nice staff, quite helpful Overall good hotel to stay "

"Breakfast Food quality needs to improve"

"Good staff. Always ready to help if you need anything. Quite decent rooms. Value for money. Stayed here for 8 nights with family. No issues with the area and the local. Local dining and desert options available in the plaza itself. Recommended!!"

"The hotel is pretty far from the main hub of Zampar Bazaar, taking at least 25 minutes by taxi because of the traffic. The rooms range from small to a bit larger, and the bathrooms are cramped—in some, the toilet is actually inside the shower stall, which makes no sense. The bathroom quality isn't what you'd expect for a newer hotel; for instance, our shower door was hanging off a hinge. The elevator was broken for two of the five days we stayed there. The staff were very friendly and tried to...

"Rude staff. Booked the room with breakfast and they never gave me breakfast. When i asked them they said the chef is not here sorry!"

"Worst hotel I have ever been to"

"We had booked this hotel for a business trip and the photos of the property are very old and dont show the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are very worn out and the hotel is majorly used by local couples for hourly stays. The manager and reception staff were very rude when we pointed out the problems in the room. We left the hotel in an hour of checking in and stayed at a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. "

"The Hotel is run down. The only saving grace is the restaurant and the staff who do a great job!! "

"The room provided was different from the one shown in booking's photo. It was dirty too."
