A lot easier than lugging up several flights of a spiral staircase. The gentleman we interacted with (owner) is so proud of his city, his B&B, and his COFFEE! He’s an expert at all three. "Casa Manzella was a nice B&B conveniently located right down the street from the main square. The town square is lovely with lots of restaurants and shops. The B&B was very comfortable, clean and breakfast was good with fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, cheese and salami and pastries. The owner and staff was very nice. The only issue for us was no elevator in the building to bring bags down when we had to leave at 7am. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. "

"This place is wonderful! It’s a quick shuttle bus ride from the airport and is perfect for people looking for a place to spend the night before heading off by rental car the next morning. Room and bathroom are large and comfortable. One of the best hotel bed mattresses I have ever slept on! Staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and includes cappuccinos etc. They even serve a selection of pasta dishes for a light dinner. Rooms are sound proofed and A/C works well. Great value...

"Excellent location, with a balcony right on the square overlooking a church. Right in the centre of this lovely village and a short stroll to the seafront. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn't get to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace, we were told that's only open in the summer."

"Fillipo was an excellent host. The included breakfast, which included several of his own personal pastries, was delicious. The room was comfortable and the town of Terrasini was very cute. Fillipo was very helpful with parking rental car and was kind enough to give me his personal parking place "

"The resort is beautiful, it’s secluded and private. The pool has a pretty view and there is bar service while you enjoy. The staff is incredible; we were there the night of the wildfire. We didn’t have our own car so The staff drove us down the mountain to safety. They are an excellent team and unbelievably accommodating and kind. "

"The biggest issue you may have with this B&B is trying to schedule your arrival, because you will need someone to let you in. (Second place is finding a way to move around Sicily which lets you arrive on time.) However, once you get there, you'll find a perfectly good place to sleep and recover from hiking around Trapani and Erice for hours on end. The room is clean, the bed is better than it has any right to be, and the bathroom beats out at least one supposed three-star hotel. Location is...

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a good location, just a short walk to the center of town and close to the airport. However, the street outside was quite noisy. Also, I was surprised that there were no toiletries provided - not even a bar of soap for the shower."

"A quiet property in a quaint town very close to the airport but far enough away you never hear airport noise. It is very safe and clean property with restaurant options within a short walk and easy free street parking outside. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a large terrace with a pool that would be a perfect retreat on a hot day. It’s a great location as a home base for sites in the area or before or after a flight. "

"Enchanting, classically restored historical building in the very heart of town. Manager Francesca could not have been more welcoming. Rooms are functional, and lots of steps up to second/third floor B&B. Thankfully there is a luggage dumbwaiter that you have to see!"

"A very nice house and region. Theobalds issues are the mosquitoes and the missing mosquito nets in the windows. But the hosts helped with mosquito repellent that was plugged to the electrical outlets."
