"One might not choose this property based on some of the horror-story reviews on line. They could well be truthful experiences, or some over-hyped version of a minor incident, or just mean intent. We found the property, at least our room and the public areas we were in, to be perfectly acceptable. The property overall rates a fair three-star average for the price range--very average and even slightly above. Our room was clean and modern; not spanking new remodel, but perfectly fine. A/C cold with typical cycling noise level. Breakfast included usual basics and the staff was prompt to keep it stocked. The area is busy and right by a freeway. It's a bit tricky to get to. Our 3rd floor room faced the road but night noise was not intrusive. We slept well. Did not try the pool, but it looked fine. Parking is close but the place was pretty full as was the lot. Felt safe. Slept well. The only bugs we saw were a couple of flies. I would stay again."
