"My stay was EXCELLENT!!!! (LAFAYETTE)Room, amenities, outside..but staff were the best!!!!! From front desk, to cleaning staff, to everyone that I was in contact with, I want to especially give a HUGE shout out to Trey, he works days..he went wayyyy over and beyond, he is kind, courteous, and very respectful. He told me on a couple occasions how much he loves his job and also how much he likes to always make sure the guests were always comfortable I will definetely stay at this hotel again, without question, even if it only for the staff. Southern charm really shows at this hotel. Thank you for everything!!!!"
