"I was assigned a room farthest from the front. Not even 10 cars were parked in all 3 sides of the hotel space? I was given a room that was a dump and didn’t have extra toilet paper, soap, shampoo and one of the towels was unserviceable. The clerk was rude and even threatened not to check me in when I asked why and what information he was typing from my drivers license. My reservation was accepted online and the credit card was valid."
