"I planned a fishing trip and the picture showed a dock but it was not a real dock you could use for fishing. This is a great house if you just want to hang out. But would not recommend as a place for a fishing trip. We went in town and rented a boat. Was hoping to sit on the dock and fish. But the place is very clean, the owners were extremely please and easy to communicate with."

"Beautiful house with everything you might need for a getaway. Excellent host — The check-in process couldn’t have been any easier. All questions were answered before I had to ask. The house has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quality pillows, linens and towels, nice porch with rocking chairs and a pretty lake view. Just what we needed for a few days. We plan to return again for a longer stay!"

"I was just utilizing the cabin for sleep because of a road trip to nashville, cabin is clean has everything you need, couldn’t get the TV to work but no biggie. clean, decor is nice. I didn’t pull out the couch bed because I didn’t want to break anything so I just slept on the couch itself. now be aware that there is a 1500 deposit charge and it takes like 2 weeks to get that back. other than that no complains, there’s lakes around the area for fishing, I ate at a restaurant 10-15 minute drive “Gear Jammers” fabulous food and great hospitality. and about 30-40min from Cathedral State Park. oh try getting there before it gets dark because it’ll be hard to see the sign “sweet reels” and I came from the road where the sign wasn’t facing me and it was pitch black out so I missed it and had to double back"

"Staying here is great as always ,very clean , kitchen stocked with needed items , parking for vehicles and boats is really nice. The turn coming into the mobile home is a little tricky and if anyone is bringing a boat I would suggest coming on the highway from South to North ( from the direction of the South Sauty Store and restaurant) to make an easy left turn into the driveway with the best view of on coming traffic.Not a big deal and easy to figure out .Communication is great with Rene all questions are answered promptly. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and we like the setup and the neighborhood , quiet and peaceful. The South Sauty Restaurant and Store is just down the road and has great food , especially for fishermen getting an early biscuit and cup of coffee and a meat and three at lunch . We hope we are able to come back…Bill"
