Sleeps 10 in beds, community has a private boat launch & guests can access the boat house & sun deck. TV's in all the rooms, fiber internet, stand alone ice maker & all the amenities you need to enjoy the great outdoors! Quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum. Perfect place on lake Guntersville! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House has plenty of space and easy level access to the water. Water was too low to use the boat house but the dock had plenty of room for our three boats. The stand alone ice maker is a huge bonus!Would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking views

The views alone made this trip for us worthwhile! The house is beautiful right on the waterfront and the boathouse was amazing! There were a few minor issues with the indoor and outdoor furniture but that did not affect our trip in any way. I highly recommend staying here! We will return!!

Family Christmas Stay

We had a great time staying with our family. The house had plenty of kitchen equipment, a great dining table, and living room. Even in the cold weather, the dock, kayaks, fire pit, and backyard were great for family activities. Family members want to come back in the summer.

We rented the house for Thanksgiving for family visiting and it worked out great. The large TV, sectional, and huge kitchen table made gathering and visiting easy and comfortable. Perfect quite location!

Lady's Lake House Treat

Great spot of a girl's weekend of shopping and wine on a beautiful dock overlooking the lake. Kitchen/dining/common areas were all super for gathering and enjoying time together versus a crowded restaurant. I have already recommended this house to one of my co-workers.

Really enjoyed our stay

The home was spacious and open, which was perfect for our family. We appreciated how clean and well-appointed it was. Plenty of seating for lounging around and having meals together. There is a bit of an uneven walk to get to the boathouse that makes it difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay as a family and would recommend this home to anyone!

Thanksgiving with Friends

We have been traveling to different locations over the years to spend Thanksgiving with friends who have moved away. This property was perfect for 2 families to hang out and reconnect. The yard was large enough for our 6 kids to run around, and the lake access gave them more fun activities to indulge. Finally, the area is absolutely beautiful!

Private House on Lake Guntersville

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of Lake Guntersville. The property was clean, well equipped, with a large kitchen, and plenty of seating for large families. The circular driveway provides at the door parking for easy unloading and loading. Grocery stores and restaurants are just minutes away. While staying here we would highly recommend visiting the Space Museum and Botanical Gardens in Huntsville. Overall, we would rate this property five stars.

Great home for a large family

It was perfect for our family. The only complaint is that the wifi didn’t work. I didn’t mind it, but the adult children complained a bit. We were able to enjoy family indoor and outdoor games instead.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time at the Lakehouse! The house was clean with plenty of room for the family to gather. The outside amenities were amazing, especially the floating dock. The kids enjoyed the hammocks in the yard. The property owner was easy to contact and responded to our needs immediately. The house was in the perfect location for us as our extended family was only 1/2 mile away. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Something for everyone

We plan to go back next year. The fishing was great, large open floor plan for kids to play inside and nice big safe yard for them outside. Pull right up to the front door. Nice quality furniture, comfortable mattress, quality cookware and utensils. Safe for walking or biking in front. Only needed utensils for roasting marshmallows and they were probably there we just didn't see them. lol. Something for everyone any age. Convenient to Wmart/Home Depot. We loved it and I know you will too. Great price too for what you get. Best we have found yet. Owner quickly responsive when we had a question

Great house, murky lake...

Teek's house was very clean and spacious. The grounds were beautifully manicured, yet still had a natural feel. The boat dock was big and the upper level had the perfect furniture and a peaceful view. Teek was very quick to respond to an issue that arose during our stay, and the matter was resolved within 24 hours. The only negative was the lake- we were unable to swim because of all the underwater 'sea-grass'. It was crushing to arrive and have the kids run down to the water only to realize that they were going to be at the lake for week but not be able to jump in it and swim... We did rent a boat, but even it was hard to navigate around the area waters, as the grass was everywhere. We just wish that somebody had mentioned this in a previous review, or that the listing detailed the issues with the lake. If you do not care about swimming or lake related activities, this is a wonderful property tucked away down a quiet country road. Just want future travelers to be aware.
