The room was clean. The Air conditioner did not run steadily to reach the "set temperature". Rather, it turned On/Off repeatedly and never reached the cooling set temperature. There were no facial tissue in the room. There was no coffee pot or free coffee in the room. There was only one set of towels in the room (for a 2 person check in). There is no one at the desk after 10pm to address your needs.

It smelled like pot inside the whole time we were there. A large group of men were staying on the second floor playing in there room above our room. The noise at midnight was horrible. The place was old and not updated. DO NOT THERE IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY OR WANT A LITTLE PEACE.

This hotel is clean. The sound of other guests can be heard through the wall. There are no dining facilities, so you have to go out, but there is a hotel on the hill, and there are no restaurants nearby, so it is somewhat inconvenient that you need a car.

The a dishwasher is disgusting and the kitchen was really dirty. Inside the cabinets and the drawers were extremely dirty. And the refrigerator was old outdated, yellow-ish and very dirty. Although it is for extended stay there was not a single plate, cup, or silverware at all. Also, very limited bedding. No extra covers were available and it was a cold night. But the woman at the front desk was wonderful , helpful and friendly. I forgot her name but she was from Queens NY.

It is hard to beat the convenience and cost of Extended Stay when you factor in the reasonable room cost and the meal savings by eating in. The road to the hotel is deteriorated and full of pot holes and badly needs new surfacing. The hotel condition is average and cleanliness is average. This location provides not pots/pans/dishes/glassware, those items need to be requested and we only received paper goods. Still it was a good value.

While I was staying at the property, the cleaning staff was rude to me and giving me strange and dirty looks! Another situation, a separate matter at the same property, I had two (2) packages in my name containing jewelry items, that were delivered to that property on February 17, 2026, three (3) days after I checked out on February 14, 2026 after I left that property, and I called the front desk manager asking if there were any packages there for me, she said there were two (2) packages for me then she also told me that she sent them back returned to sender. The property never told me about these packages until after I had to call THEM first and THEY sent my packages back, especially without even saying anything to ME first, without even letting me come back and pick them up. I also complained to American Select Suites Corporate regarding that matter also and I got absolutely NO COOPERATION in that matter! And now my packages are missing in action, lost in transit because of this!

This was probably the dirtiest Extended Stay I’ve ever stayed at. I travel a lot and usually try to stay at extended stays but this was disgusting The bathroom faucet didn’t turn all the way off and the toilet seat was almost coming off. Refrigerated and dishwasher were very dirty The only positive was the gentleman who checked me in.
