"A perfect property. I'm situated on a beautiful cove facing saint martin. It was so quiet here and peaceful ... and our air conditioning work great despite it being over a hundred outside one or two day. Super comfortable and conveniently located in the middle of the island so everything is about 15 minutes or so away if you go north and even a little quicker if you go to meads the bay, or sandy ground is 5 minutes. The closest great restaurant is Tasty's, and it's fantastic! The swimming pool on the property is an underrated gem. It's beautiful with a bench facing the caribbean ocean. There's plenty of cool murals around the property. Parking is easy. Beach chairs/ umbrellas are nice and the beach is super convenient (but we headed to the larger ones to snorkel). Corlito bay is a perfect hideaway if you're looking for quiet serenity without a bunch of other guests and noise. It was exactly what we needed. And it's better in reality than what we expected! Even the free laundry room is adorable ... there is a ton of attention to detail here. Ivor it was an awesome host at everything, even recommending grocery stores. He provided a couple fire pit experiences at night for my dad, our main form of entertainment when not too windy. Burton brought us a fresh coconut on our last day! We went out to eat for every meal except breakfast so this was the absolute perfect private vacation spot for us. Highly recommend the Bamboo apt. facing the ocean - you'll hear the wind!! ❤️ Loved"

"Villa Tasha was amazing! We are 4 women that travel to a beach destination each summer. This was one of our best trips ever. First of all, communication from the beginning was prompt and helpful. Jeet was away when we were on the island, but Stella met us at the villa and oriented us to everything. She also checked in with us frequently throughout the week to make sure all our needs were met and was available and responsive to any questions we had. The Villa itself is as described. We spent very little time inside, other than to sleep and make drinks and food, but it is well laid out. The kitchen has everything needed and then some. There are two washers and dryers on the first floor and a plethora of towels for the beach and pool. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. Bloody Marys to begin the day and rum punch to end the end is a must! The view of the ocean, complete with sunsets is beautiful! There are a few bugs, but bug spray worked well. Two bedrooms are in the main house and two additonal rooms are in a separate location below the pool level. All are loevely! The downstairs was a little musty, as I don't think anyone rented prior to us so it was a bit closed up. Not a problem for us! The house is a bit remote, which we loved. It is pretty close to Shoal Bay (the loveliest of beaches) - only 5 miles. In the beginning it seems further because of the dirt road, but once you drive it a few times, it's quite doable!I highly recommend Villa Tasha!"

"My wife and I loved Joycelyn's apartment. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. Kitchen, although small, was well stocked with what we needed, as was the bathroom. We loved the peacefulness of the area, the only sounds were the chickens and the wind through the palm trees. It was centrally located on the island, so it was close to pretty much everything. Grocery store and restaurants only a few minutes away. Our favorite beach, Shoal Bay East, was only about 10 minutes away. Joycelyn was a great host, we would gladly stay here again."
