"basic room close to many things"

"Very convenient location right off the 401 and staff was great. However the condition of the property itself needs some work. In the room I stayed in, the toilet handle was broken, the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor and the bedroom door was broken. Hallways didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for months. Card reader on the back door worked when it wanted to. The closer was also broken on the back door. These are all little things that can be taken care of very quickly to make the stay more welcoming. Also unlicensed vehicles in the back parking lot taking up parking spaces that could be used for patrons. Do the cost of the room, it was a decent room. Bedroom separated from the living room which is nice and bed was comfy."

"The hotel does not have good sound proofing. You can hear everything beside, and below you (2nd floor room). Unfortunately there were many noisy guests which the hotel needs to try to manage. Not their fault but makes it difficult to enjoy a quiet stay. "

"The property is in great condition, the breakfast options were greater than I thought and the cleanliness of the room was definitely top notch. Overall a wonderful stay."
