"Staff were nice and breakfast was okay. The hotel is older which I didn’t mind but my wife woke up with bed bug bited. That’s a dealbreaker and won’t be returning. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. One remote worked both TVs even when only aimed at one. That was a challenge, LOL"

"Wonderful staffing and fantastic breakfast. The elevator was the only complaint. It was CRAZY SLOW when no one was waiting. You could used the stairs faster, if you weren't carrying luggage or food. We were on the 4th floor with a great view and location for various events, shopping and traveling."

"Management decided that it would be good idea to shut off the hot water well before checkout time so the entire hotel had no hot water or water pressure in the morning to shower, etc. Had issues checking in the front desk claimed i was already checked in which of course i was not, obviously they checked in the wrong person under my reservation. Very sketchy part of town, sirens all night, parking lot did not feel safe."
