Perfect location downtown Wilmington right on the sound with a boardwalk that takes you to several restaurants overlooking the sound. An walkable to other restaurants and shops.

Perfect location to beach. Odd to have to pay extra for linens, instead of it being included in rental price, but not a big deal. Manager welcomed us upon arrival with a walk through. Enjoyed our time here!

Sea Colony by Carolina Retreats
It was an end unit, so it had beautiful views. Also had an elevator and a luggage cart, no walking stairs with all your things!!. Pool was great too! The unit was updated and very nicer decorated. I plan on staying here again!!
