This well maintained 6 bedroom Townhome is located just a short block away from the beach. The first floor offers a sitting room with tv and access to the fenced in back yard. The 2nd floor consists of a cozy sunk in living room style great room with main deck access. Also on the 2nd floor is one master bedroom with private terrace. The remaining 5 bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. Fenced in back yard with outside shower. The perfect location with just a short walk to guarded beaches, excursion park, area restaurants , shops and more. Access to the promenade is located between the Beach View Terrace Condo’s.Owner provides but does not guarantee 8 beach tags, bikes,beach chairs and umbrella.
