Very nice townhouse on a quiet street. First level up has a bedroom with 2 twins, a hall bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Next level has living & dining area, front deck, kitchen, full bath and bedroom with queen bed and private deck. Top level has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full bath. One bedroom has a private bath. Tenants must bring their own pillows, sheets, & ltowels Owner is supplying mattress pads & comforters.
