New to the Rental Market...Mid-Island Getaway! This Townhouse features 5 Bedrooms and 2 ½ Bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a Queen bed. The other two have 2-twins in each. There is a Rollaway Bed to add the sleeping occupancy to 11. There is a Cable TV in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dining area with seating for 12, and a powder room off the main living area. Townhouse also has 4 furnished decks. The owner supplies Beach Chairs, an Umbrella, and a Beach Cart for tenants’ use. There are 3 off street parking spots, a gas grill and enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water to rinse off after a fun filled day at the beach.
