The ground level offers a large foyer with access to the garage, storage area, and elevator. Elevator is available with permission and elevator deposit of $600. Call agent for more information. The second level offers 3 of the 4 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, Full bathroom, and private deck. There are two additional bedrooms on this level. One bedroom is equipped with a full bed and the other has a queen. The spacious deck is perfect for entertaining family and friend.There is an additional refrigerator in the storage room for your convenience. Very nice home in a convenient location!
