2nd Floor Getaway - 3 bedroom - 2 Bath- Right Next to the Beach and Downtown
Newly Listed for the 2025 Summer Season 3rd Floor Getaway Short Walk To Downtown & Beach at the corner of 47th and Landis. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit, with an extra outside shower. Prime location at the corner of 47th and Landis, just a block walk to the beach and downtown. Recently updated with new appliances and furniture, luxury vinyl flooring, plus a brand new kitchen! Includes 6 beach tags and chairs in the spare closet. The main bedroom has a new king bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The condo is central air. One parking space for one car is reserved for your unit and is shown in the pictures. Please note this spot can be tight for large SUVs and Trucks, but is manageable (we have a large truck and are fine). 6 total guests is the maximum for the unit for sleeping.
As Is standard due to short turnovers, please bring your own sheets, towels, and toiletries. We provide extra in the closet if needed, but please wash them if used. We also ask you to bring out the trash one night Wednesday night and back in on Thursday to avoid excessive build up. An email reminder will go out prior. Must be at least 27 to book and we reserve the right to ask for an ID at the time of booking and will not give the code to enter unless verified. You cannot book on behalf of someone else as that is against the terms of the site. More than 6 guests staying in the unit violates the lease immediately which will be terminated with no refund.
No pets, parties, or smoking allowed on the property. If you are a smoker please do not book as this includes both inside and on the deck. Any smoke smell inside the property after will result in a fine for the additional cleaning. Any large parties voids your lease immediately with no refund as the condo association has strict rules against this.

Home is very very nice. Could use a few more cooking utensils, such as frying pans and large bowls. Cooking for a family requires larger cooking utensils. Will is very attentive to his renters!
We enjoyed our time in Sea Isle City. The only suggestion for the owners of this place is to tighten the headboards on the single beds or remove the headboards. If you move in the bed it bangs the wall. When you are sleeping it can be disturbing for you and the person who is sharing the room with you.

Located in center of town with easy access to beach, restaurants, shopping. Condo perfect.
Great exercise using steps to second floor! Condo clean with three nice size bedrooms, kitchen spacious overlooking comfortable eating area and living room. Two bathrooms, master with shower. Nice touch with having beach tags available. Landis Ave can be busy but buffered by new sliding glass door. Never noticed outside sounds. Great sandwiches at Buzzy’s right across street and La Fontana three blocks. Parking for one car but takes skill to back into but secure.
Very nice place and location and walk to beach is real easy. Many restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and always quick to respond
We had a fantastic time staying here and would highly recommend it.
The condo is charming and bright, located a block from the beach and a few minute walk from all of the restaurants in Sea Isle.
