Close to popular 85th Street beach which has a gazebo and restrooms. 1st level has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with 2 twins, and 1 bath. 2nd level has the great room with a sunken living room and a large deck for entertaining, washer/dryer and another queen bedroom and bath. 3rd level has a HUGE Master Suite with1 king and 1 trundle that sleeps 2 and another deck. Side entrance enhances this lovely beachblock townhome. Just five gentle steps to the first level. Very tastefully decorated and just steps to protected beach, public restrooms facilities, and playground.
