LARICKS EXCLUSIVE!!!

Enjoy a family vacation with this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach block house. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, parks and library. Access to the promenade to get around the island without traffic.FOUR Bedrooms, 2 of them are masters one upstairs and one downstairs. Two front decks both have ocean views and a private deck off the upstairs master. All have surround sound as well as the house along with WIFI. Dining area can accommodate 6 at the kitchen table and 6 at the kitchen island.Second floor has a master bedroom (queen), first floor includes three bedrooms, another master with a queen bed and deck with rocking chairs, middle room has a queen bed and the back bedroom includes a double bed and set of bunk beds. There is a full bath and laundry on this floor as well. Garage parking plus 2 more parking spots. Fenced in grassy yard, Oversized Outdoor Shower, Garage, Bikes (2) and Multiple Beach Chairs. We are located on the less crowded part of the Island but close to town. Property is available SUNDAY 8/13/23 - SATURDAY 8/19//23 for $6000
