The Space:

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom rental features a cozy interior and a prime location perched on the bluff. Enjoy the gorgeous oceanfront views from nearly every room and having the bluff trail at their doorstep. The Del Mar Recreation Center is a 10-minute walk away, and a quick drive down PCH leads to the Gualala Point Regional Park, and the Shell Beach Access Trail.



The inside of Pelican’s Landing showcases and open floorplan seamlessly connecting a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a gas fireplace and Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). Relax here with family and friends while watching a movie or simply enjoying watching the blue ocean waves roll in. WIFI is also provided throughout the home for your convenience.



The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with seating for 2. Smaller kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, and wine ware. Dine over a home cooked meal with all your guests at the dining table just steps away. The dining table has seating for 8.



Plenty of your time will be spent outside on the back deck. The deck is clad with 2 patio chairs perfect for sipping a glass of vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Pets are strictly not allowed due to allergies. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.



The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.

Loved this house! Design is modern and classic to Sea Ranch at the same time. Has all the amenities you’d hope for- a cook’s kitchen outfitted with all the cookware you’d expect., the best combined dining/ living area to lounge in. We cooked all our meals here. It’s also just steps off of the Bluff Trail with killer ocean views. I would definitely come back! The downsides are - poor primary suite mattress (as other reviews mention) and limited outdoor lounging. But the indoors and panoramic windows are pretty perfect and makes up for the lack of deck space.

An amazing place!

This was our fourth rental at Sea Ranch and our first right on the coast. The stormy waves were LOUD, but we really enjoyed this different and up-close vantage on the sea. The house is spacious and spectacular, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We hope to come back!

Such a beautiful house and a stunning location. The hot tub was gross when we arrived & they sent a team out quickly to drain, clean & refill it & it heated up quickly enough for us to go in that day! Access was easy with a lock box on the front door & my friend even charged his Tesla in the garage! It was a bit stuffy in the home, the air conditioning was needed and was not very effective & there was no breeze & no fans. I bet if I had asked for some fans they would have brought us some. The patios are super tiny, not sure why. The kitchen is beautiful, well appointed, & so much fun to cook in! We had some wonderful home made meals. Walking along the path just outside the back door was so much fun. Beaches & tidepools were explored & interactions with neighbors & walkers were had. A photographer let us see his photos of whales breaching, we saw seals, starfish, deer, & a giant raccoon on the back porch! Great weekend with friends!! Thank you!!

Beautiful home, beautiful setting ! January on the coast is quiet and solitary- except for the wild windy and rainy weather ! Not a problem while staying here. Cozy fireplace, ocean view, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture all made for a wonderful relaxing getaway.

Wonderful location

We have stayed in multiple places in Sea Ranch over the years. This place was top notch with its location and views. Close to Del Mar center. Right on the walking paths. Beautiful views from every room. Kitchen was great and fully stocked with equipment. Loved the big couch and family room. Only issue were all the beds were queen size. The master mattress was also very firm so I didn’t get the best sleep. But 10/10 everywhere else.

We loved our stay at this property. The views were incredible and house was very comfortable. Stocked kitchen and furniture/beds very comfy. Only complaint was dishwasher was not working and linens could have been higher quality.

This home has it all. Beautifully decorated. spacious, hot tub, huge 75 inch tv, and kitchen has all amenities for cooking. The ocean views from this home are spectacular. The trails to hike the bluff are 25 feet from your door. We will be back!

What an amazing water front property to relax amongst the ocean, nature and a limitless night sky. The Sea Ranch in itself is a unique fruition of architecture and landscaping and this home embodies that with its well appointed interior and mesmerizing ocean views. Relaxing in the hot tub while star gazing is an amazing experience, helped in part by the Sea Ranch's minimal light pollution. Our stay here was deeply relaxing and offered a much needed reset from our daily grind. We appreciate the host for sharing such an amazing space.

We absolutely loved our stay! The amazing views of the ocean cannot be beat from this beautiful and well-maintained house. Others have commented about the annoying check in and check out process, but it really wasn’t that bad given that the house is located at the north end of SeanRanch, and is not that far from Gualala to pick up the keys. It was certainly worth that tiny extra effort to stay at this amazing place. It was very clean abc well-equipped. Everything went well, and we hope to come back!
