Extensively updated! Spectacular 1st floor ( no stairs!) villa with golf course views. Light and bright with an open floor plan, custom kitchen with leathered marble counters and large island for entertaining, wet bar, All linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. Just bring your beach towels!
We have a guest of owner card giving you FREE access to pools and workout facilities at the LAKEHOUSE!

Master with LUXURY King bed mattress flat screen TV, private bathroom. LUXURY Queen bed mattress with flat screen TV in 2nd bedroom! Full Bathroom in the hallway. This villa is fully equipped for 4 people.

143 High Hammock Villa is .6 Miles from Pelican Beach and 1 mile from the Beach Club pools, Island House restaurants, and Seabrook's miles of wide open beach!

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the SEABROOK ISLAND BEACH CLUB may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. ($300week or $50day) (For entire villa occupants.) This card give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

You just can't go wrong with Seabrook. The best. The condo was very nice, check-in was easy. No problems, no snags. Pool was very nice. The beaches are heaven.

Great Getaway

The villa was a great choice for our month long getaway to Seabrook. The location is close to the beach and backs up onto the golf course, the property was clean and updated, and the host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Incredible condo in quiet golf course complex

We loved everything about this condo! The condo is spacious and has everything we needed. Very comfortable and well-furnished. Even includes a ground-level patio that overlooks the golf course. Seabrook is a quiet, peaceful island with lots of beautiful homes and wildlife. We loved using our (rented) bikes to get around. Beach access is fairly close. Lakehouse pool was our favorite. Will certainly be back next summer!
