Beautiful Waterfront Villa on Deep Water At Bohicket Marina, Seabrook Island, SC

This is a beautiful waterfront villa with amazing views of the Bohicket River and the Marina. It is ideal for boaters in that the marina rents slips that guests can keep their boat at while they are staying at the villa. Guests will have access to private Seabrook Island and its beautiful uncrowded beaches, which are only a short drive or bike ride from the villa. The villa is conveniently located about a twenty-five minute drive from downtown historic Charleston and about a five minute drive from Kiawah Island. (Bus. License No. BL25-001385; STR permit No. STR25-000612 Maximum Occupancy=4; maximum parking: two vehicles parked tandemly)

Bohicket Marina

What a lovey place to stay, It was so peaceful and amazing sunset. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the activity of the marina. Everything is so close. Our visit was to see the Angel Oak Tree and it did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

Bohicket by Boat

Great, relaxing stay after arriving by boat. Location of villa to our slip directly below made access to either easy and convenient. With Salty Dog Cafe on property, an ice cream shop, Marina Market and Freshfields nearby it is a great location with fantastic views!

Sweet Short Stay

This was just a two night quick trip to unwind after a long leadership training. It was a last minute decision and Daniel was so accommodating and helpful. This marina spot was super cute and very clean with great views of the boats and sunsets. It’s a quaint stroll down the boardwalk to Salty Dogs and other adorable spots. I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a view! Thanks again to Daniel for making it all possible!

Excellent value and location

This villa is a 1970s-era rental on a picturesque marina at Bohicket. The location is fantastic, only 3 minutes from Fresh Fields and plenty of dining locations. The rental includes access to Seabrook Island, like neighboring Kiawah Island a gated community. We found Seabrook to be charming with a lower-key vibe compared with Kiawah. The best part is that the prices are about half of what you'd pay for something comparable on Kiawah. The unit was clean, well-furnished, with clear instructions and communications from the owner. It was very quiet also, so sleeping was easy. All-in-all, we found the unit to be a great value.
